This massive recruitment drive will feature 10,855 job openings for skilled and semi-skilled workers in UAE and Oman, with monthly salaries ranging from ₹24,000 to ₹1.2 lakh. Available roles include construction workers, drivers, supervisors, carpenters, and helpers.
The initiative is expected to benefit youth across Purvanchal, providing them a global platform to showcase their skills. Beyond reducing unemployment, the scheme will also strengthen the state’s economy through foreign remittances.
Earlier, in August 2025, the three-day Rojgar Mahakumbh in Lucknow had targeted 10,000 placements — but successfully secured jobs for over 16,897 youth through various companies and institutions.
