  1. 📲 Download the UMANG App

    • Android users: From Google Play Store

    • iPhone users: From Apple App Store

  2. 🔐 Register using your mobile number

  3. 🏠 On the home page, go to the “Services” section

  4. 📋 Scroll down to “Utility Services” and select “Ration Card”

  5. 🖊️ Click on “Apply Ration Card”, choose your state, and fill in details like name, father’s name, date of birth, and address

  6. 📎 Upload required documents and click ‘Submit’

✅ Your online application will then be processed by the authorities.


Where Is This Service Available?

Currently, the UMANG app ration card service is available in a few regions —
Chandigarh, Ladakh, Dadra & Nagar Haveli — where citizens can apply directly online.

The government plans to expand this facility to all states soon, ensuring every citizen can access digital public services easily.
